FAQ

Questions, answered

What does the Vanuatu Made mark mean?

Every product carrying the mark has passed through the Department of Industry's certification process, ensuring its origin is truly Vanuatu — grown, crafted or brewed in the islands by a certified local producer.

Where do you ship?

Within Vanuatu, and internationally to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and beyond via our two international airports. Many producers also stock the Vanuatu Made outlets in Port Vila and Brisbane.

Can I buy wholesale?

Yes — many producers are export-ready, with HACCP and Fair Trade certifications. Write to us with the products you're after and we'll connect you with the producer directly.

Are prices in Vatu?

Prices are shown in Vanuatu Vatu (VT). International cards are charged in your home currency at your bank's exchange rate.

Is kava legal to import to my country?

Rules differ by country — Australia and New Zealand allow personal quantities of noble kava; check your customs allowance before ordering. Our kava producers export compliant, lab-tested noble kava.

How do I get my products certified?

If you make in Vanuatu, contact the Department of Industry in Port Vila or one of the six provincial offices. See the Become a Seller page for the three steps.
