We ship from Port Vila to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and beyond. Orders to Australia can also collect from the Vanuatu Made outlet in Brisbane. Food and kava products travel with the required export documentation from certified producers.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Handmade goods vary a little piece to piece — that's the point, not a defect.
